The Chief Investigator of the agency, Diego Rivera, gained experience through a highly successful career as an Investigator with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. Diego Rivera has led and/or been involved in the reversal of several homicide convictions.

Many of our investigator's are former law enforcement officer's from the New York City area. We use state of the art high-tech surveillance equipment to give our customers the best service possible. All of our investigators are trained in the art of interviewing and interrogation.

Professional Polygraph Examinations

D. Rivera Investigations, Inc., is currently under contract by the MTA to conduct Polygraph (Lie Detector) Examinations for their police officer candidates. Diego Rivera has been trained and certified as a Forensic Polygraph Examiner by Cleve Backster of The Backster School of Lie Detection. Mr. Backster is one of the founding fathers of the Polygraph instrument and question formulation process.

Mr. Rivera is fluent in Spanish, making him one of the only Spanish speaking Polygraph Examiners in New York State. He is also an active member of the American Association Of Police Polygraphists.
